Top-To-Bottom Deluxe Clean

Our Top to Bottom Deluxe cleaning is a great place to start if you have been putting off cleaning for awhile! It is also nice to do a couple times a year regardless if you or a service have been maintaining the home!

The Top to Bottom Deluxe Clean allows the home to be maintained easier. All of our “Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleanings” have our high touch sanitizing package included.

Throughout Your Entire Home

  • Wash inside of reachable windows sills and ledges

  • Hand wash all reachable light fixtures and ceiling fans

  • Spot wash walls and or wallpaper

  • Hand wash woodwork including baseboards, doors, banisters and exterior of cabinets

  • Dust inside of reachable windowsills, ledges and blinds

  • Dust woodwork such as shelves, baseboards, interior doors

  • Wipe light switch plates for finger smudges

  • Dust furniture

  • Dust knickknacks and picture frames

  • Unmade beds will be made, if noted we will change linens but must provide clean linens

  • We will do minimum pick up and straightening. Must be noted on work order.

  • Remove cobwebs both high and low

  • Clean all exterior door glass and sidelights

  • Vacuum all carpets and rugs

  • Mop all hard floors accordingly

  • Empty wastebaskets and remove trash

Bathrooms

  • Remove buildup from showers and tubs

  • Track lighting will be dusted, and clear bulbs wiped clean

  • Hand wash cabinets

  • Clean and disinfect sinks and vanities

  • Clean and sanitize toilet

  • Clean and sanitize tubs and showers

  • Polish mirrors and chrome fixtures

  • Change towels if provided

Kitchen

  • Hand wash all outside cabinets

  • Clean and disinfect sinks and countertops

  • Clean stove/oven (outside)

  • Clean microwave (in/out)

  • Clean exposed sides of appliances and counter décor

  • Clean top of refrigerator

* We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/ an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. It is presumed that the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate deep cleaning.

Perfect Maintenance Clean

Our Maintenance Clean is the PERFECT way to maintain your home! If you just had our “Top to Bottom Deluxe Clean”, the “Maintenance Clean” will follow on our recurring cleanings whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
