Carpet Revitalizing
Before cleaning begins, the assigned carpet care professional will conduct a thorough walk-through of all carpeted areas to identify fiber types, heavily soiled spots, and any permanent stains. Loose and embedded dry soil will be removed using commercial-grade vacuum equipment.
To ensure an effective cleaning process with minimal disruption, the area will be cleared as much as possible.
A pre-treatment solution will be applied to heavily trafficked lanes and stubborn spots to boost soil and stain removal.
The carpet will then be hot-water rinsed and extracted using truck-mounted and/or portable equipment, with care taken to prevent over-wetting.
When needed, commercial-grade high-speed air movers will be used to circulate dry air and accelerate drying.
A final walk-through will confirm the quality of the service.
Furniture and other items will be returned to their original spots unless doing so would impede drying.
All necessary supervision, equipment, and supplies will be provided by the cleaning professional.
Tile / Grout Revitalizing
The cleaning professional will begin by clearing the area of chairs, floor mats, trash containers, and cardboard boxes. Any items stuck to the floor will be carefully removed with a putty knife or scraper. The floor will then be dust-mopped or swept to eliminate surface dirt and debris.
Next, the floor will be scrubbed using a floor machine and/or auto scrubber with a properly diluted cleaning solution, paying special attention to thoroughly cleaning the edges.
Baseboards will be cleaned using hand-held pads or cloths and baseboard cleaner where accessible.
Dirty scrubber solution will be collected throughout the process to ensure no residue remains on the floor. The floor will be rinsed with clean water and allowed to dry completely, with air movers used as needed to speed up drying.
The professional will provide all necessary supervision, equipment, and supplies. Safety signs, cones, or barriers may be placed to control access during cleaning.
Prior to service, any required security codes, fobs, or access keys will be provided.
After cleaning, all items such as chairs and trash containers will be returned as close as possible to their original locations.
Upon completion, all equipment, safety signage, barriers, and used supplies will be removed from the premises.
Finally, building alarms and lights will be secured according to instructions provided.
Strip & Wax Services
The cleaning professional will clear the area of chairs, floor mats, trash containers, cardboard boxes, and any items stuck to the floor. The floor will be dust-mopped or swept to remove surface dirt and debris.
A stripping solution will be evenly applied and left to sit, allowing it to break down old wax, dirt, and buildup. Special attention will be given to scrubbing all floors and edges thoroughly.
The stripping solution, along with dissolved wax and debris, will be removed from the floor.
Floors will then be rinsed thoroughly, followed by the application of a neutralizing solution, carefully avoiding over-saturation. The floor will be allowed to dry completely, with air movers used as needed to speed drying.
A high-quality wax will be applied in thin, even layers. Typically, 3 to 5 coats are applied for a durable finish, with each layer drying fully before the next is added.
All necessary supervision, equipment, and supplies will be provided by the cleaning professional. Safety signs, cones, or barriers may be used to restrict access during the service.
Prior to starting work, any required security codes, fobs, or access keys will be provided.
After completion, items such as chairs and trash containers will be returned as close as possible to their original positions.
All equipment, safety signage, barriers, and used supplies will be removed upon finishing. Building alarms and lights will be secured according to provided instructions.
