An initial thorough walk-through of the carpeted areas will be conducted before cleaning, identifying carpet fiber types, heavily soiled areas, and any potentially permanent stains. Loose or embedded dry soil will be removed as much as possible using commercial-grade vacuum equipment.

The area will be cleared, to the extent possible, to facilitate a smooth and effective carpet cleaning process, while minimizing any unnecessary disruption.

A pre-treatment solution will be applied to heavily soiled traffic lanes and spots to enhance the effectiveness of soil and stain removal.

The carpet will be thoroughly hot-water rinsed and extracted using hot-water, truck-mounted equipment and/or portable units, with careful attention to avoid over-wetting.

When necessary, commercial-grade, high-speed air movers will be used to circulate dry air and speed up the drying process by absorbing carpet dampness more efficiently.

A final walk-through will be conducted to ensure the quality of the service provided.

Furniture, chairs, and other items will be returned to their original positions whenever possible, unless doing so would slow or interfere with the drying process.

All required supervision, equipment, and supplies will be provided by the cleaning company.

The area will be cleared of chairs, floor mats, trash containers, and cardboard boxes. Any items stuck to the floor will be carefully removed using a putty knife or scraper. The floor will be dust mopped or swept to remove surface dirt and debris.

Next, the floor will be scrubbed using a floor machine and/or auto scrubber, along with an appropriately diluted cleaning chemical solution. Special attention will be given to thoroughly scrubbing the edges.

Baseboards will be cleaned as much as possible using a hand-held pad or cloth and baseboard cleaner.

Dirty scrubber solution will be picked up during the cleaning process, leaving no dirt behind on the floor. The floor will be rinsed with clean water and allowed to dry completely. If needed, air movers will be used to reduce drying time.

All necessary supervision, equipment, and supplies will be provided by the cleaning company. Safety signs, cones, and/or barriers may be placed to control access to the area being serviced.

The cleaning company will be provided with all necessary security codes, fobs, or access keys prior to the start of work.

After the cleaning, all items such as chairs and trash containers will be returned as close to their original location as possible.

Upon completion, all equipment, safety signs, barriers, and used supplies will be removed from the building.

Finally, building alarms and lights will be secured according to provided instructions.

The area will be cleared of chairs, floor mats, trash containers, cardboard boxes, and any items stuck to the floors. The floor will be dust mopped or swept to remove surface dirt and debris.

A stripping solution will be mixed and applied evenly to the floors, then left to sit and process. Special attention will be given to thoroughly scrubbing all floors and edges to remove old wax buildup, dirt, and debris.

The stripping solution, along with old wax and any dirt or debris, will be removed from the floor.

Floors will be thoroughly rinsed, and a neutralizing solution will be spread evenly, carefully avoiding over-saturation. The floor will be allowed to dry completely. Air movers may be used to help decrease drying time.

A high-quality wax will be applied in a thin, even layer. 3–5 layers of wax will be applied for a long-lasting finish, with each layer allowed to dry completely before the next is applied.

All necessary supervision, equipment, and supplies will be provided by the cleaning company. Safety signs, cones, and/or barriers may be used to control access to the area being serviced.

The cleaning company will be provided with all necessary security codes, fobs, or access keys prior to the start of work.

After completion, the cleaning company will return items such as chairs and trash containers as close to their original location as possible.

Upon completion of the work, all equipment, safety signs, barriers, and used supplies will be removed from the building. The building alarms and lights will be secured per the provided instructions.
